FAQ’s & Delivery Times / Procedures

  1. How do I get my orders once placed?  Are they posted?   
    Your orders will always be delivered to the school, and handed out in class for your child / children to bring home.
  2. How long does it take for my pics to arrive once I have placed my online orders?
    All orders are processed within 48 hours of the deadline provided to the school for each batch of pics, or category. All orders are collated after the deadline and are processed in one go.  Thereafter, expect a turnaround time of three to four weeks.
  3. May I place an order for anything at anytime? 
    Yes, of course you may!  But you will have to wait until the next batch of orders are processed and your order will fall into that category’s deadlines.  We unfortunately cannot just print a one-off order for instant delivery. However, in the event of a super-emergency, give us a ring and we will most definitely see if we can make a plan!  082 9201818.
